B2B SaaS Website Development and SEO Case Study: Total e Integrated
Total e Integrated needed a digital presence capable of keeping pace with a sophisticated and continuously evolving software platform. The company serves golf courses, private clubs, resorts, hospitality properties, HOA and POA communities, and other complex operators that need multiple areas of their business to work together through one connected technology ecosystem.
What began as ongoing WordPress and website development evolved into a broader digital partnership covering product and industry pages, custom website systems, careers functionality, technical improvements, conversion tracking, responsive development, security, and an ongoing SEO and content strategy.
The objective was not simply to publish more pages. It was to build a website system that could support a growing B2B software company, communicate complex products more clearly, make repeated processes easier to manage, strengthen search visibility over time, and give the marketing team a more scalable foundation for future campaigns and product launches.
The Challenge
Total e Integrated operates in a technically complex B2B market. A prospective client may arrive looking for golf management software, point-of-sale technology, payment processing, food and beverage tools, reservations, membership management, mobile functionality, property management, reporting, or a complete integrated operating platform.
Explaining a broad software ecosystem without overwhelming prospective clients.
Creating clearer journeys for golf courses, private clubs, resorts, HOA and POA communities, and other operators.
Supporting new products, partnerships, campaigns, and industry-specific pages without rebuilding the site each time.
Turning repetitive website processes into reusable WordPress systems and templates.
Improving search structure, page relevance, internal relationships, and technical SEO across an established website.
Supporting lead generation and marketing measurement through reliable forms, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Making ongoing improvements without disrupting active marketing pages, existing functionality, campaigns, or business-critical website workflows.
The challenge was not simply building more pages. It was creating a digital system that could continue evolving alongside the company, its software, its marketing priorities, and the different audiences it serves.
Our Approach
We approached the Total e Integrated website as an ongoing digital product rather than a collection of isolated WordPress pages. Each new requirement was considered in relation to the wider website: how it fits into the information architecture, how reusable the implementation can be, how clearly the content communicates a complex product, how the internal team can manage it later, and how the experience supports marketing and search growth.
Clearer Product and Industry Experiences
One of the recurring challenges across the TEI website was communicating a large amount of product information without making pages feel like technical documentation. We redesigned and developed pages around clearer visual hierarchy, stronger spacing, easier scanning, more deliberate calls to action, and a better relationship between product detail and business value.
The goal across these pages was consistent: reduce the distance between a technically complex platform and the person trying to decide whether it solves their operational problem.
Designing for Different Customer Journeys
Total e Integrated serves several types of organizations rather than one narrow customer profile. That makes information architecture particularly important.
Instead of forcing every visitor through identical messaging, relevant pages were structured around the concerns of their intended audience while maintaining a consistent relationship with the overall platform. A private club may care about member experience, golf operations, food and beverage, payments, and reservations. An HOA or POA may need memberships, amenities, events, property services, billing, and community operations to work together.
Presenting those journeys more clearly allows TEI to communicate the breadth of its technology without turning every page into the same generic software pitch.
Supporting Product Partnerships and New Capabilities
The website also needs to respond quickly when the TEI product and partner ecosystem evolves. One example is the company’s partnership with Pacesetter, where the digital experience needed to explain how the integration contributes to the broader private-club member experience rather than presenting it as an isolated technical connection.
The page experience was organized around the relationship between member-facing mobile functionality and TEI’s operational platform, helping visitors understand the value of connected data, mobile ordering, point-of-sale workflows, tee-sheet information, membership data, and real-time experiences across the property.
This balance between technical accuracy and sales clarity became a recurring principle throughout the engagement.
Building a Scalable Careers System in WordPress
One of the most substantial custom systems developed during the engagement was TEI’s Careers experience.
A static careers page would become difficult to manage as positions changed. Instead, we built a structured WordPress recruitment system that allows individual roles to be created and managed as reusable career entries rather than designing a new page for every vacancy.
Roles can be organized using reusable information such as Department, Location, and Workplace Type.
The system keeps job content consistent while making future vacancies easier for the team to publish and maintain.
This created a recruitment foundation designed for growth instead of only the roles that happened to exist at the time of development.
Dynamic Job Pages, Filtering and Applications
A reusable single-job template was developed so every position follows a consistent presentation. WordPress dynamically populates the page using information associated with that role, eliminating the need to rebuild the same layout for every new opening.
The Careers archive was designed to remain usable as the number of positions grows. Visitors can narrow opportunities using AJAX-powered filters, while a Load More experience prevents the archive from becoming unnecessarily long.
The recruitment system also includes a reusable application workflow. Instead of creating a separate form for each vacancy, the application experience can automatically capture contextual information such as the job title, job ID, and job URL while collecting the applicant information required by the team.
Structured email output was also developed so applications arrive in a cleaner, role-specific format for internal review.
Conversion-Focused Forms and Marketing Journeys
TEI’s website ultimately needs to move prospective customers from product education toward a sales conversation. Forms, calls to action, and conversion journeys were therefore treated as part of the user experience rather than added as an afterthought.
Across relevant pages, we worked with lead-generation and embedded form experiences while preserving the surrounding design and page flow. Calls to action were positioned according to the visitor’s stage of understanding instead of being repeated without context.
Ongoing SEO and Content Strategy
Website development and SEO are being treated as connected parts of the same growth system. As TEI’s product pages, industry pages, careers content, partnerships, and educational resources expand, the search strategy focuses on giving each important topic a clear purpose, stronger page structure, and logical relationship with the rest of the website.
Clearer Page Purpose and Content Relationships
TEI covers a wide range of modules, industries, operational problems, and use cases. The SEO strategy therefore begins with clear page purpose: determining which topic each page should own and how related pages should connect to one another.
This helps reduce overlap between pages while creating stronger pathways between high-level platform content, individual product capabilities, industry solutions, partnerships, educational resources, and conversion pages.
Search-Focused Page Optimization
Priority pages are reviewed for search relevance and user clarity rather than simply adding more keywords.
- SEO titles and meta descriptions.
- Clear H1, H2, and H3 structures.
- Primary topic and search-intent alignment.
- Improved introductions and supporting copy.
- Descriptive internal links between relevant pages.
- Image alternative text where appropriate.
- FAQ content when it genuinely improves the page.
Indexation, Cleanup and Technical Structure
An established website can accumulate old drafts, duplicate page versions, outdated URLs, legacy content, and templates that should not compete in search.
Our ongoing work includes reviewing indexation, duplicate and legacy pages, redirect requirements, template behaviour, crawlable content, and other technical factors before making changes that could affect live search performance.
Search-Ready Recruitment Content
The custom Careers system was built with search structure in mind as well as usability. Individual roles use consistent templates, structured job information, clean URLs, and SEO-ready page patterns so recruitment content can scale without becoming an unorganized group of standalone pages.
Rank Math templates and structured job-page settings can be managed consistently as new roles are published.
Product, Industry and Educational Content
TEI’s search opportunity extends beyond core product pages. Industry pages, partnership content, FAQs, product explanations, and News & Insights resources can address specific problems operators are actively researching.
The content strategy is designed to create useful entry points into the website while supporting the commercial pages that ultimately drive demos and sales conversations.
Search and Conversion Data for Better Decisions
SEO decisions become more useful when they are considered alongside actual website behaviour and conversion data. Search Console, analytics, tag-management infrastructure, and conversion events provide a stronger foundation for evaluating which pages attract relevant visibility and which journeys lead users toward meaningful actions.
This creates a feedback loop between search performance, page improvements, content priorities, and lead-generation activity.
Analytics, Conversion Tracking and Ongoing WordPress Support
A B2B website cannot support marketing effectively if important actions cannot be measured or if ongoing technical issues are allowed to interrupt the user journey.
Marketing Event Measurement
As part of the engagement, we worked with the site’s analytics and tag-management infrastructure to support measurement around important marketing actions, including landing-page activity and demo-related conversions.
This allows page design, campaigns, forms, and conversion points to be evaluated as parts of the same marketing system rather than separate website tasks.
Maintaining an Active WordPress Environment
Long-term WordPress projects involve more than visible page design. Our work has also included troubleshooting templates, Elementor layouts, forms, responsive behaviour, reusable components, content structures, and front-end issues while protecting functioning areas of the live website.
Where duplicate or legacy pages required review, cleanup was approached carefully with analytics, indexing, and redirect implications in mind.
Stronger WordPress Protection
Security became another part of the ongoing technical work as the WordPress installation experienced repeated automated login and attack activity.
Security monitoring and additional login protection were implemented to reduce unnecessary exposure while preserving reliable access for the people responsible for maintaining the website.
Building Reusable Instead of Disposable
A recurring principle throughout the TEI engagement has been reusability. A careers listing should not require rebuilding job pages. A new product page should not require inventing an entirely new visual system. A new partnership or campaign should fit naturally into the wider site.
By treating individual requests as parts of a larger system, new work can strengthen the website foundation instead of adding another disconnected layer.
The Results
Unlike a short one-time redesign project, the strongest outcome of the TEI engagement is the digital infrastructure created through an ongoing partnership. The website is increasingly able to support product, industry, recruitment, marketing, partnership, SEO, and technical requirements without treating every new initiative as an entirely separate build.
A More Scalable Careers Workflow
The Careers system changed recruitment content from a mostly manual publishing task into a reusable WordPress workflow. Roles can be managed through a consistent content structure, displayed through dynamic templates, discovered through filtering, and connected to a reusable application experience.
For candidates, this creates a clearer journey. For the team managing the website, it creates a more maintainable system that can grow as hiring needs change.
Clearer Communication for a Complex Software Platform
Payment technology, RFID inventory, HOA and POA operations, mobile integrations, recruitment content, and other topics serve very different purposes. They still need to feel like parts of one company.
Reusable layout principles and stronger content hierarchy make it possible to give individual solutions enough room to explain themselves while maintaining a more coherent overall TEI experience.
A Stronger Foundation for SEO Growth
SEO is now being considered alongside page development rather than after a page is already complete. Clearer page purpose, improved headings, metadata, internal links, content relationships, technical cleanup, careers SEO, and new educational content create a more organized foundation for long-term search visibility.
The search program is ongoing, so the case study intentionally focuses on the work completed and the infrastructure being built rather than presenting unsupported ranking or traffic claims.
A Website That Can Support Ongoing Marketing
TEI continues to develop products, publish educational content, form partnerships, recruit team members, and respond to changing marketing priorities. The website therefore cannot be considered finished in the traditional sense.
Its value comes from being able to adapt. Reusable foundations make new requirements easier to approach as extensions of the existing system instead of emergency standalone builds.
What the Website Can Support More Effectively
New product and industry solution pages.
Search-focused content growth and technical SEO.
Reusable recruitment and application workflows.
Partner and integration announcements.
Lead-generation and demo journeys.
Analytics and conversion measurement.
Responsive experiences across devices.
Ongoing WordPress improvements without rebuilding the site from scratch.
Why the Strategy Worked
The engagement works because the website is treated as an evolving business system rather than simply a collection of designed pages.
Development decisions consider the person managing the website as well as the person visiting it. Design improvements consider product complexity rather than appearance alone. Custom functionality is introduced where it eliminates repetitive manual work. SEO is integrated into page structure, content, technical decisions, and future growth. Technical changes are approached carefully because the website supports active marketing and business operations.
Most importantly, individual requests are used to strengthen a reusable foundation for whatever TEI needs next. That makes the relationship more valuable over time because each new project can build on the systems already in place.

The Final Outcome
Our work with Total e Integrated evolved beyond individual WordPress development tasks into an ongoing digital partnership spanning website development, custom functionality, SEO, analytics, conversion tracking, technical support, and content growth.
The website now has stronger foundations for communicating a sophisticated software platform, publishing new product and industry experiences, supporting marketing initiatives, presenting strategic partnerships, attracting candidates, improving search relevance, and responding to new business requirements.
Most importantly, the work is designed to scale. Instead of solving every request as an isolated project, reusable templates, structured content, custom WordPress systems, search-focused architecture, conversion infrastructure, and consistent front-end patterns create a digital environment that can continue evolving alongside TEI.
For a software company whose own platform connects many different areas of a client’s operation, the website follows the same principle: different experiences working together as one connected system.
SEO work for Total e Integrated is ongoing. This case study describes completed development, technical, content, tracking, and search-optimization work without claiming unverified ranking, traffic, or lead-growth results.
